Personal expenses, additional sightseeing, and services not listed are not covered.
Cancellations made 10 days before check-in are eligible for a refund (after deducting service charges).
Cancellations made less than 10 days before check-in will not be refunded.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure.
Payments can be made online or through approved payment methods.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
In case of late arrival at hotel, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.
Date changes allowed up to 15 days before check-in with a 15% amendment fee.
