  • 15% retention charges, if cancelled more than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival.
  • 25% retention charges, if cancelled more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival (but less than 45 days).
  • 50% retention charges, if cancelled more than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival (but less than 30 days).
  • 100% retention charges, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival
  • Change in guest / guests names would be treated as Cancellation.

  • Confirmation will be provided only after full or advance payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or message with your booking details.

  • The package includes A/C transportation from Ahmedabad to the Statue of Unity and back, hotel, resort, tent city stay accommodation, attraction tickets, and meals as mentioned in the itinerary.

  • Personal expenses, additional sightseeing, and services not listed are not covered.

  • Cancellations made 10 days before check-in are eligible for a refund (after deducting service charges).

  • Cancellations made less than 10 days before check-in will not be refunded.

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure.

  • Payments can be made online or through approved payment methods.

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • In case of late arrival at hotel, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.

  • Date changes allowed up to 15 days before check-in with a 15% amendment fee.

  • Change in guest name will be treated as a cancellation.
